Susubiribi Sporting Club has exited the 2023 Eastern Elite Cup after losing both of their opening games.
The Akyem Old Tafo-based club slipped to a 1-0 loss to Tinkong-based club Live Now FC in their opening game on Thursday morning at the Kyebi Astro Turf.
On Saturday morning, the Yellow and Greens suffered a 3-2 defeat at the hands of fellow Division One League Zone III campaigners Koforidua Semper Fi.
Nana Kweku Nyarko and Andy Mensah Alemawor scored twice to ensure Susubiribi crawled from behind twice but Semper Fi scored a last-gasp winner to seal the victory.
