Medeama defeated Guinean opposition Horoya AC 4-3 on aggregate to join the list of big boys in the competition.
Medeama joins Egyptian giants Al Ahli, South Africans Sundowns, Pyramids, Young Africans of Tanzania, Jwaneng Galaxy of Botswana, TP Mazembe, Petro Launda, and ES Tunis of Tunisia who have all qualified for the berth.
