GPL: Bofoakwa grinds results against Hearts in Sunyani

Ghana Premier League returnees Bofoakwa Tano maintained their unbeaten run after matchday 3 as they ground the results with a slim 1-0 win over Hearts of Oak at the Coronation Park on Sunday.
Young forward Saaka Dauda scored the solitary goal of the game in the 47th minute after racing through the Phobians' defense and firing past Richard Attah to the far post.
Dauda was on the scoresheet when the Hunters recorded a 2-1 victory over Real Tamale United on matchday 2 at the same venue.
He was voted the Most Valuable Player of the Match.
Hearts went into the game having failed to win a matchday 3 game against a Bono and Ahafo-based club in the history of the top-flight league.
Their last victory against a club from the region came 34 years ago.
Dutch trainer Martinus Koopman was aiming to become the first coach to record victory for the club in this 34-year-old span but failed at the Coronation Park.
